I led the redesign and optimization of the new website, with a focus on improving user experience and streamlining access to market research reports and services. The challenge was to create a seamless platform where users could easily navigate thousands of premium reports from over 200 global research partners, as well as access custom research services for specialized needs.

Ultimately, I created a user-centric design that simplified navigation and enhanced search functionality and filtering, allowing businesses to quickly find and purchase the specific reports they needed. Additionally, I collaborated with GII’s team to refine the visual presentation of their research categories and improve the conversion experience for the user once they have found the item they are looking for. The design also integrated a custom research request system, making it easy for businesses to request tailored market insights.
